Notion Gym Tracker (progressive overload)
This template is meant for people who mainly want to repeat the same exercises week after week while they can (or at least aim to) maintain constant progressive overload. For this to work, you just need to pass your training program to the “New workout” buttons. Each button would represent a different workout day and have its own exercises added by you.
You would be able to add your exercises to the existing database.
After that, the only thing you would need to do is click the “New workout” button the day you’re hitting up the gym. This way, the page with the populated exercises and your workout history will be automatically created. All that would be left is to write down your results. They will show up a week later for you to compare how you’re doing VS how you did.
